Arnart 5thAve Figurine #1539 On The Farm Girl and Goose

A delightful figurine from Arnart 5th Ave. of a girl and a goose. She is pig-tailed and wearing a wide brimmed hat, and carries a basket of produce. The goose looks to be a noisy one! The base is 3in. across and the height from base to the top of her hat is 5in. There is an original paper label on the front where one can only make out the words 'The Farm', as the 'On' has been almost lost. The bottom has the characteristic crown trademark and the stamped: Arnart 5th Ave HandPainted 1539. There is also the original blue 'Made in Japan' label. This is believed to be a 1950s figurine. The paint is intact and the overall condition is very good.
