Schafer & Vater Musical Ladies Jasperware Hair Receiver

This superb jasperware hair receiver was produced by Schafer & Vater during the early years of the 20th century. Depicting intricately detailed ladies playing musical instruments, ornate handles and fancy scrollwork all in cream bas-relief, against a sage green bisque background. Faintly marked with the number 5544 and the S & V crown. Measuring 4 1/2" long x 2 3/4" across x 1 3/4"" tall and is in excellent condition.
