Imperial Glass made a number of Laced Edged Open Lace patterns of which the Katy Blue is best known. Katy was made in other colors as well, and this is a Stiegel Green 11 inch Lace Edge Katy pattern sandwich or cake plate, but without opalescence. (ref p175 Weatherman Colored Glassware of the Depression Years vol 2) The plate stands on a 4x 1/4 inch foot that also forms a 4 inch diam indent in the center and the lace edge extends approx 1 inch all around. The Katy pattern is represented by a pressed glass geometric criss cross design. This plate is in excellent condition with no damage to the laced edge and very light utensil marking.
