Produced by APOLLO during 1920s, this ornate golden ormolu dresser set has guilloche enamel centered by a 1 1/2 inch diameter miniature portrait of a Victorian lady set under celluloid. The vanity set consists of a 14 inch long x 7 1/2 inch round hand mirror with beveled glass, a 10 1/2 inch long x 4 12 inch oval hair brush, with natural bristles and a 5 inch round powder jar with glass insert and down puff. The golden guilloche enamel is rimmed with gilded braiding and the handles are beautifully sculpted. The pieces are marked APOLLO and numbered, and the hair brush is imprinted - PURE BRISTLES STERILIZED - and all are in excellent condition
