Metlox Pottery Co. Noah's Ark cookie jar showing Noah waiting out the flood with his animal friends on the ark. A dove and owl are on the roof. and a rooster and hen are perched on the side of the ark. The windows along one side contain a brown bear family, a hippopotamus, and a polar bear. The windows on the other side of the ark show two lions, Noah with a dove on an olive branch, a cat and mouse, and a blue elephant reaching with his trunk to touch a mouse. At the bow of the ark, are a pair of smiling seals and a pair of crocodiles snuggling against a camel, while a second camel is at the stern, along with two monkeys and sheep.
This cookie jar measures 9.5 inches long by 6.5 inches wide by 9 inches high with the roof on, and is in excellent condition
