A vintage heart shaped Incolay Studios Jewelry Box that is beautifully handcrafted in original blue tourmaline Incolay Stone. Dont be fooled by the cheap resin imitations that are currently being offered as Incolay! This piece has the original foil sticker "Genuine Incolay Stone Handcrafted in U.S.A." inside the lid and the Incolay copyright trademark is embossed on the back of the box The top of the box has a cameo sculpted in creamy white bas-relief with a central floral bouquet which includes beautifully sculptured roses. Intricate braiding of flowers and ribbons adorn the top and the sides of this lovely jewelry box. The inside of box is lined with black velvet and there are velvet feet on the base. This lid is piano hinged, and the box measures about 6.25" x 6" x 2.5" It is in excellent condition. This would make a very lovely Valentine's Day gift for your special someone
