SHIPPING POLICY
We prefer to ship via insured USPS Mail, as experience has shown this to be the safest and most cost efficient shipper. We are willing to ship via UPS or FEDEX if that is what you prefer, just contact us. Insurance is required for breakables, and included in the shipping quote. We pack with great care to ensure that your purchase arrives safely.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Money Orders, Checks and PayPal. American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Discover Credit Cards are also accepted, and securely invoiced via PayPal, with no PayPal account registration required. We also accept CASH transfers via Western Union, and COD for local pickup
We prefer PayPal from INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please. We regret we cannot accept checks or money orders from non-US customers, but we can accept Western Union cash transfers.
DAMAGE & RETURNS POLICY
We attempt to describe our merchandise as accurately as possible, and guaranteed original. Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once we have agreed to the return, please ship the item back to us in the same condition as we sent it to you. If it arrives as such, we would be willing to give a store credit for the purchase price. We only refund as money back with shipping if we have inadvertently misrepresented the item
We are always willing to work things out with our customers, as your satisfaction is our highest priority.
In the unlikely even that your purchase should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can begin the insurance claim procedure. Please do NOT return damaged items to me as this will void the insurance coverage. Keep the item in all original packing materials please.
ITEM CONDITION:
Please note that I sell used items, antiques and collectibles, and used vintage jewelry and accessories. I try to clearly describe my items with the understanding that the terms used describe items that are not new, nor "mint" condition. In many cases these items are around 100 years old and so must be expected to show signs of age and use. Most of what I sell is not in any way damaged and so should an item have damage, I do attempt to clearly describe that. Light crazing and discoloration in ceramics, tarnish and wear on metal, and dust in crevices are to be expected, as are air bubbles, "strawmarks" aka mold marks and mold roughness and thickening in glass, as that was due to the manufacturing process of those times. So an item in excellent condition may have some of these age or manufacturing flaws, with the understanding that the buyer is aware of these being the norm in such older items. If these are excessive the description would state so and the condition be very good.
